If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and monitoring collections. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting principles. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and prepare relevant financial reports. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and general ledger reconciliation. Experience processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a mid-sized organization. Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and generate accurate financial reports.
