Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Cleves, OH

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist in the specialty setting located in Cleves, OH. This per diem position offers a consistent weekday schedule with full shifts. The role focuses on dispensing medications prescribed by healthcare providers, delivering precise drug information to patients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Approximately 8.5 hours per day over multiple weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately distribute prescribed medications to patients
Provide clear, comprehensive information regarding medication usage and safety
Maintain a high standard of customer care throughout all patient interactions

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Current Ohio Pharmacist license (required)
Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and healthcare team members
