Material Handler

Material HandlerWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused warehouse associate to support receiving, shipping, inventory control, return materials, and general warehouse operations in an assembly or manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive and enter incoming materials into the computer system.Process work orders and verify materials against purchase orders or invoices.Inspect, label, count, store, and track inventory.Process return materials, including recording condition, weight, and dimensions.Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging and crating when needed.Reconcile shipping and receiving discrepancies.Maintain accurate inventory records and departmental reports.Use ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office programs.Support logistics projects and identify process improvements.Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.Qualifications3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, materials management, or inventory-control experience.Experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.SAP or other ERP system experience preferred.Forklift experience preferred.Strong communication and customer-service skills.Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work well with a team.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing as needed.Safety-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
