Job Description Olen is seeking a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support a mix of accounting and administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with month end financial reporting Maintain/reconcile various financial accounts on monthly or quarterly basis Support operations team with answering account inquiries Prepare and submit tax payments Accounts Receivable and/or accounts payable entry Applying cash receipts to customer accounts Review of vendor invoices for taxability Providing backup coverage for the front desk Physical filing and boxing of records Education and Experience Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, math or a related field Organization and prioritization skills and can meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Team player who is adaptable and flexible Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills Experience in an administrative or accounting/financial role is a plus Olen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life, and disability insurance.
