Field Sales Representative

TruGreen is seeking a field sales representative to meet homeowners and introduce personalized lawn‑care solutions. You will be the welcoming face in neighborhoods, driving business and building long‑term customer relationships. Responsibilities Act as the front‑line representative, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs. Present personalized lawn‑care solutions, turning interactions into signed contracts using TruGreen’s sales methodology. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positive demeanor. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs. Log interactions and track performance in CRM to measure activity and outcome. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. (PhD in People Skills highly encouraged) Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Excellent communication skills, ability to engage in small talk and closing talk. Strong time‑management, self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with mobile technology; no coding required. Physical ability to walk, stand and lift up to 25 lbs outdoors. Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak). Must be located in the United States while performing the job.
