Sales Compensation Implementation Manager, Google Cloud

Job Location Preferred working location: Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Boulder, CO; Chicago, IL Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in sales compensation. Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database queries (e.g., SQL). Experience with attainment and compensation tools (e.g., Anaplan, Callidus, OIC, Xactly). Experience adjusting seller payouts within sales compensation tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large datasets. Experience in communicating, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing Sales Executive leadership. Excellent problem-solving and data management skills. About the job In this role, you will help create a positive experience between our sales teams and the sales compensation department. You will achieve this by ensuring our systems serve our sellers' needs and by establishing processes that proactively identify errors impacting seller payouts. You will be accountable for debugging and resolving one-off payout issues that affect a large number of sellers, as well as managing all manual payout adjustments within our sales compensation tools. Responsibilities Identify and debug any system or process errors that impact seller payouts. Adjust payouts manually when errors occur. Oversee system approvals for compensation metrics and system User Acceptance Testing. Review and sign-off on system business requirement documents. Salary and Benefits US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
