As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with clients facing relationship issues, emotional distress, trauma recovery, and anxiety management. Your role is pivotal in supporting clients on their path to healing and providing the guidance needed for long-lasting recovery. Qualifications\n \n A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts. \n Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n Demonstrated ability to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship through strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n Empathetic disposition and a nonjudgmental approach to diverse client experiences and obstacles. \n Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee caseloads effectively while managing administrative responsibilities. \n Preferred Experience\n Experience in providing mental health counseling focusing on addiction treatment and recovery, as well as a familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
