Senior HR Generalist - Hybrid, Govt Contracting

A government services contracting firm is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to serve as the on-site HR presence at its headquarters. This role encompasses HR operational excellence across recruiting, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws, manage HRIS data, and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, with significant experience in HRIS systems, particularly UKG.
