JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs tasks assigned by management to include, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, polishing brass, mopping, disinfecting phones, and laundry Uses cleaning chemicals to sanitize restrooms, glass doors, and exercise equipment Disposes of trash properly Regularly communicates with all clubhouse associates, members and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position Reports any damage, burned out light bulbs, and any plumbing problems to supervisor. Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license preferred Demonstrated experience in housekeeping Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards, as applied to cleaning chemicals and compounds Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Self-starter; able to work with little or no supervision PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards, as applied to cleaning chemicals and compounds Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Self-starter; able to work with little or no supervision The Cliffs Offers: A knowledgeable and passionate management team that leads by example Our best benefits package including health, vision, dental, short term/long term disability, 401(k) with employer contribution* Employee Wellness Monetary Incentives A work/life balance!
