Sr Systems EngineerSeeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support Class III implantable neurostimulation systems within the Pelvic Health business. The role focuses on systems engineering, hardware/software interface definition, system integration, verification & validation, and cross-functional collaboration.Required Skills & Experience:2–8 years of Systems Engineering experienceStrong knowledge of Systems Engineering principlesExperience with hardware & software interface definition/integrationSystem requirements development, functional analysis, and requirements allocationSystem Verification & Validation (V&V)Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with software teamsExperience leading technical discussions, design reviews, and decision makingAbility to create and maintain system documentationRisk, cost, trade-off, and system analysis experienceExcellent communication skillsResponsibilities:Lead system design refinement and interface definitionPerform system integration, technical planning, and V&VOwn system documentation and requirementsCollaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional engineering teamsSupport development of implantable medical device systemsPreferred Background:Medical device or regulated product development experienceImplantable device or embedded systems experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) Work Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days onsite/week)
