Physician Hospice/Palliative Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description Hospice/Palliative - Long-Term Care opening in Fargo, ND Full time, permanent opening Joining a private, multi-specialty practice Group is physician-owned and the premier group within the geographical area Competitive first-year salary guarantee, or the Clinic's RVU production-based salary, whichever is greater The Clinic pays 78% of health and 100% of vision and dental premiums The profit-sharing plan will pay up to the IRS annual approved amount The Clinic matches 50% of each physician's first 6% of contribution into the 401k retirement plan Short-Term Disability (less than 90 days) supplements the physician's production income, if necessary Two long-term disability policies: One is a guaranteed (no medical exam) group LTD policy that covers physician salaries up to the higher of 60% of their annual salary or $15,000 per month up to age 65 The second is a portable individual policy (subject to a medical exam) up to three thousand per month to age 65. The individual policy may be supplemented to higher benefit levels at physicians choosing and eligibility CME allowance of up to $6,000 per year plus an additional allowance of 1% of the physician's previous year's salary up to $4,500 (combined total of $10,500).
