Royal Scoops Pet Waste Management is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pet Waste Removal Technician to join our San Francisco/Peninsula team.

We currently service nearly 200 clients across four Bay Area counties, and we’re continuing to expand. This is a great opportunity to join a growing local company and take on more hours and responsibility as our routes grow.

This role is a great fit for someone who likes working on their own, following a set route, staying active, and taking pride in doing a thorough job. You’ll travel to residential properties, clean designated outdoor areas, and make sure each customer receives consistent, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to customer properties on a scheduled route using your own vehicle
• Thoroughly remove pet waste from yards, patios, and other designated outdoor areas
• Apply deodorizer and sanitizing treatments when scheduled
• Follow property notes and service instructions carefully
• Make sure each property is serviced thoroughly and left clean
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, access issues, or customer notes
• Track mileage and work time through our mobile app
• Represent Royal Scoops in a professional and respectful manner

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Comfortable working at properties where dogs may be present
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with data access
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical work
• Must live in or near the San Francisco/Peninsula area

Pay, Schedule & Growth

$21/hour + $0.70 per mile reimbursement

This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to take on additional hours and potentially grow into a full-time route as we continue expanding.

Full-time employees who successfully complete their first 90 days may also be considered for company-sponsored health benefits, based on eligibility and company availability.
