Program Specialist

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Program Specialist. Position Type: Full-Time, Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Greenwood Village Colorado 80111 Responsibilities Support onboarding, offboarding, and assignment tracking processes for contingent workers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Vendor Management System (VMS). Monitor compliance documentation and ensure all required forms are completed in a timely manner. Assist with reporting by compiling workforce data, preparing summaries, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate communications between hiring managers, suppliers, and business partners. Troubleshoot basic process and system‑related issues, escalating when appropriate. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing program efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to established program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Workforce Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a Vendor Management System (VMS) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Exposure to contingent workforce programs, staffing operations, or supplier management.
