QA Manager

To support the Global Digital and Technology organization, the full-time remote QA Manager will manage quality assurance standards for mobile applications, develop testing measures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability. Key responsibilities Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new developments and enhancements Communicate test progress and results across management levels while tracking multiple test executions simultaneously Work closely with product, design, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required qualifications 10+ years of experience developing and manually testing database-driven, native mobile applications BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent technical education and work experience Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins Demonstrable skills in manual testing methodologies and practices Strong Agile experience in a relevant environment
