Responsibilities: • • Provide compassionate and personalized care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity. • Monitor and assess residents' health status, promptly addressing any changes or concerns. • Train and supervise staff to administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines. • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies. • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. • Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing best practices and innovations. • Complete psychotropic reviews, skin assessments, and ensure all medications are in the facility as prescribed. • Provide disciplinary action, including education and re-training, as it pertains to medication administration. • Attend meetings and trainings as required. Qualifications: • • Experience in providing compassionate care to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity. • Ability to monitor and assess residents' health status, addressing changes or concerns promptly. • Proven track record of training and supervising staff in medication and treatment administration. • Strong communication skills to educate residents and families on health management and wellness. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with nursing best practices. • Experience in conducting psychotropic reviews and skin assessments, ensuring medication availability as prescribed. Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 yearly
