Phlebotomist III (Floater)

Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist III (Floater) in Washington, DC for a 4‑month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion. Responsibilities Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing following established practices. Engage patients, explain procedures, and draw blood specimens safely and accurately. Perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique for patients of all ages. Process specimens safely and accurately. Enter orders, retrieve and verify patient collection data and special notations using appropriate sources. Education / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience. Details Job Title: Phlebotomist III (Floater) Location: Washington, DC Schedule: Floaters work M‑F with rotating Saturdays. Must have reliable transportation. 1st shift hours vary between 8:00 am to 7:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pay Range: $23 to $25/hr Benefits Compensation is based on education, experience, and credentials.
