Focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving value, the full-time Senior Customer Value Partner will manage client relationships and ensure successful product adoption in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive product engagement Lead onboarding processes and training sessions to facilitate successful implementation of services Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Required qualifications Proven experience in customer success or account management roles Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and strategies Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Experience in a remote work setting with effective virtual collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
