Customer Service Representative
Mag Instrument, Inc., a highly successful manufacturer of the Mag-Lite flashlight, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Sales department.
· Successful candidate will have a “customer first” attitude as well as 2-3 years' experience in sales administration or customer service.
· Must be able to handle a high volume of calls, take customer orders and handle all necessary sales paperwork
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills are essential.
· EDI experience with major retail partners required.
· Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, E-mail and Internet.
· Manufacturing background is preferred.
· Ability to assist other departments on as needed basis
· Must be a team player and able to handle high volume of document filing.

Mag Instrument, Inc. was started in 1955 by the President and founder of the Company, Anthony (Tony) Maglica. Mag was first housed in a small private garage with only one employee, Mr. Maglica. Today, in contrast, the Company's operations are spread over eleven different buildings totaling almost 700,000 square feet.
Established in 1974 Mag Instrument, Inc. (Mag) is a family-owned manufacturer of the premier Mag-Lite® line of portable lighting products. It is by integrating the latest in manufacturing methods along with our dedicated, involved, and knowledgeable people that provides Mag with the edge that makes us the best in our field. Every Mag Instrument flashlight, no matter where in the world it ends up, originates from the manufacturing facility in Ontario, CA. Mr. Maglica utilizes a hands-on leadership style with a core philosophy-consistent and superior quality of Mag products, outstanding customer service, integrity, honesty, innovative production and business processes, and fair treatment, respect, and equal opportunity for all Mag employees.
