Utility Detail Specialist

If you're thorough, detail‑oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact, this role is for you. Compensation Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Medical insurance and HSA Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) with company match And many more As a Utility Detail Specialist, You Will Clean and detail equipment exteriors Wax, buff, and restore surfaces Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery Inspect units for dings, dents, or scratches Touch up blemishes using paint and repair materials Use cleaners, agents, and revitalizers for tough stains Apply tire dressing and clean engine compartments Ensure decals and stickers are properly applied Replace damaged or missing parts Maintain organized tools and workspaces Qualifications Forklift certification Ability to operate equipment (garden tractors to large combines) Basic knowledge of equipment safety practices Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various temperatures Ability to walk, stand, bend, and operate a high‑pressure washer for long periods Willingness to perform multiple duties as assigned About Us Since 1996, 21st Century Equipment LLC has empowered farmers with cutting‑edge agricultural equipment and innovative solutions.
