Critical Care/Trauma Physician Assistant

Aequor Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for an exciting inpatient locums opportunity . If you're looking for a high-acuity ICU assignment with a quick credentialing process, we'd love to speak with you!
Position Details- Specialty: Critical Care APP
- Setting: Inpatient ICU
- Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding and critical care management
- EMR: EPIC
- Dictation: Dragon
- Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Candidates must be experienced and credentialed to perform:
- Moderate Sedation
- Lumbar Puncture
- Endotracheal Intubation & Extubation
- Ventilator Management, including respiratory weaning, oxygen therapy, and extubation
- Assessment for Intubation
- Paracentesis & Thoracentesis
- Chest Tube Insertion
- PICC Line, Arterial Line, and Central Venous Line Placement
- Arterial Line Insertion & Removal (Radial/Femoral)
- Tracheostomy Care & Tube Changes
- Management of Tension Pneumothorax
- External Pacing (Epicardial, Transvenous, & Transcutaneous)
Note: Providers must have documentation of at least 5 proctored cases for each procedure listed above.
