Registered Nurse – Infusion

Schedule: 10hr Day 10x4, M-F 7:30am - 6:00pm

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• AHA BLS certification required
• Chemotherapy administration experience preferred
• ONS certification preferred
• Cerner experience preferred
• Experience with chemotherapy/hazardous drug administration, central line care and management, and blood product administration
• Skills in peripheral IV placement

Responsibilities:

• Provide intravenous treatments to patients
• Administer chemotherapy and manage hazardous drugs according to safety protocols
• Care for central lines and implanted ports
• Administer blood products and maintain accurate patient records
• Utilize specialized equipment such as IV pumps
