Buscamos un líder proactivo que sienta pasión por fomentar un entorno laboral seguro y fomentar iniciativas de seguridad al conducir. Responsabilidades Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de seguridad para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas OSHA. Realizar auditorías de seguridad y evaluaciones de riesgos periódicas para identificar riesgos e implementar acciones correctivas. Proporcionar formación y orientación a los empleados sobre prácticas de seguridad y procedimientos de emergencia. Investigar incidentes y accidentes, preparando informes detallados y recomendaciones para mejorar. Colaborar con la dirección para promover una cultura de seguridad y mejora continua. Supervisar las métricas de rendimiento en seguridad y preparar informes para la alta dirección. Mantente actualizado sobre las tendencias del sector y los cambios regulatorios para mantener el cumplimiento normativo. Lidera reuniones y talleres de seguridad para implicar a los empleados y aumentar la concienciación sobre la seguridad. Requisitos Licenciatura en Salud y Seguridad Laboral, Ciencias Ambientales o campo relacionado. 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de seguridad, preferiblemente en un entorno de construcción o industrial. Profesional de Seguridad Certificado (CSP) o certificación similar es muy deseable. Sólido conocimiento de las normativas y normas de seguridad de OSHA. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo para formar y motivar eficazmente a los equipos. Es competente en software de gestión de seguridad y herramientas de reportes. Capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones informadas para mejorar el rendimiento en seguridad. Orientado al detalle con sólidas habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas. Se requiere OSHA 500.
