Member Service Representative I Location: Rome, NY 13440 Starting Rate - $19.84 to $24.80/hour, actual rate will depend on experience. Status: Part Time - 19.50 hours Position is incentive & bonus eligible Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit Union (Rome, NY) AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Member Service Representative , you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success. What You’ll Do as a Member Service Representative Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactions Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships Meet or exceed performance and service goals Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements Actively participate in community engagement initiatives What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Comfort with technology and willingness to support members with digital tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Commitment to meeting goals and contributing to team success Benefits & Growth Opportunities At AmeriCU, our Member Service Representative roles are designed for growth—whether you're starting your career or looking to advance.
