Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current SLP-CCC certification (Clinical Fellowship or SLPAs not considered)
• Experience working in schools preferred, particularly with K-12 populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy in both individual and group formats
• Familiarity with special education compliance and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students across diverse backgrounds and needs
• Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Collaborate closely with educators and family systems for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
