Our title examiners are experts in identifying and resolving title defects, ensuring secure property ownership for our clients. Our goal is to provide exceptional service throughout the closing process, leaving customers confident and informed. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Escrow Officer, located in Santa Fe, NM. The Assistant Escrow Officer will support the Escrow Officers by coordinating lending requirements, satisfying terms of purchase agreements, and recording deeds. Daily tasks may include handling customer inquiries, preparing escrow documents, conducting title searches, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires providing premier customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable closing process for clients.
