JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: Requires Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), NRP, BLS, ACLS AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!

Submission Requirements Must have a minimum of 24 months L&D experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]

About the Facility Banner assesses a 2% payment discount fee and a 2% technology fee on all transactions.
Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
Client or Vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with one full week s notice without penalty.
