The Clearninghouse is administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for background screening results for individuals who provide services to children, the elderly and disabled. The Clearinghouse allows criminal history results to be shared among participating agencies, reducing duplication and costs and enabling more up-to-date information and online tracking of the screening process.
