What We’re Looking For Chairside excellence: Experience assisting with restorative and cosmetic procedures preferred. Strong organizational skills: Ability to anticipate, plan, and keep the day running smoothly. Emotional intelligence: A calm, confident, and caring presence for patients. Attention to detail: Pride in clinical precision and patient comfort. Exceptional communication skills: Confident and articulate when dealing with patients.
