Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service, happily make adjustments as requested Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs. Ability and desire to work with kids - playful, caring, patient, etc. Maintain cleanliness of the salon. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere. Weekend availability (even if it isn't every weekend!) Must have active KS cosmetology or barber license. Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
