Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded AI Designer to join our core centralized Design collective in a full-time remote capacity across India. Operating at the high-leverage intersection of classical apparel design, generative AI model manipulation, and fast-paced customer asset delivery, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for executing multi-tier design briefs on behalf of Raspberry AI premier global client portfolio. Shifting completely away from routine passive image sorting, basic font adjustments, or simple background image removal, you will run an active generation lab—translating complex customer mood boards, rough garment sketches, and text-based product requirements into pristine, production-ready visual variables. This position requires a fashion design or digital illustration veteran with 2 to 5 years of background who architectures optimized text prompts fluidly natively using Prompt Engineering parameters, crafts flawless garment outlines smoothly natively using Graphic Design vectors, and coordinates across time zones confidently under strict turnaround SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Brief Execution: Lead, design, and execute complex customer design briefs from inception to final delivery, building technical flats, custom tech packs, seasonal colorways, print modifications, mood boards, and apparel concept visuals cleanly natively utilizing Prompt Engineering tools.
• Precise Prompt and Matrix Ingestion: Translate abstract client creative directions and brand-specific styles into highly structured prompts, conditional text queries, visual reference boundaries, and seed inputs to guarantee on-brand platform outputs.
• High-Velocity Feedback Iteration: Manage multiple design briefs in parallel, executing rapid, low-overhead visual modifications based on client critiques without violating established turnaround time SLAs.
• Rigorous Quality Control Auditing: Maintain absolute, uncompromised quality oversight on all asset deliverables, checking for precise silhouette lines, seamless fabric textures, anatomical symmetry, and perfect color profile depths natively leveraging Graphic Design guidelines.
• Repeatable Operational Systemisation: Author, record, and document repeatable AI generation workflows, prompt frameworks, and seed settings to enable the India design hub to predictably scale asset output as volume grows.
• Platform Feedback Loop Tracking: Isolate and flag software platform performance gaps, prompt breakdown strains, model artifacts, and user-experience friction points to the core Product and Engineering units to accelerate tool updates.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Partner in close sync with US-based Customer Success and Technical Solutions leads to align on client intake requirements, timeline statuses, and successful final design handoffs.
• AI-First Workflow Domination: Fully incorporate generative software extensions across your daily tasks, using automated editing scripts and prompt expansion configurations to compound your delivery speed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of verified professional history running advanced fashion design, graphic apparel illustration, textile print production, visual merchandise design, or creative agency consulting.
• Apparel Sourcing Design Fluency: A powerful, verified portfolio of creative work showcasing professional apparel or fashion design mastery, explicitly containing clear examples of design flats, textile prints, seasonal colorways, or technical clothing illustrations.
• Expert-tier capability writing descriptive generation texts, managing style reference weights, and iterating latent vectors natively utilizing Prompt Engineering platforms (specifically requiring hands-on history with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or Runway architectures).
• Practical operational familiarity designing vector line work, color separations, and clothing blueprints natively using Graphic Design tools (specifically requiring Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency).
• Meticulous Micro-Detail Oversight: An exceptional eye for micro-errors, instantly noticing when a structural seam line is misaligned, a print pattern repeat is technically broken, or a fabric hue is half a shade wrong.
