Maintenance Manager

Maintenance TechnicianGeneral Expectations and ResponsibilitiesReceives and processes maintenance requests as they are developed from various departments.Directs maintenance personnel to execute maintenance requests according to priority.Works with the purchasing department to procure replacement components for equipment.Troubleshoots equipment such as electrical installations, overhead cranes, CNC equipment, and rolling stock.Manages the maintenance crew.Facilitates testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance.Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation.May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and various production equipment.Organizes various inspections for the facility to comply with regulatory requirements.Knowledge of facilities maintenance, electrical circuits, and machine functions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Performs effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.Strong mechanical aptitude.Performs other duties as assigned.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
