Pediatric Physical Therapist – High Hourly Rates 95+ per hour

Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is actively hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing early intervention team in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities – Pediatric Physical Therapist

As a pediatric physical therapist in our early intervention program, you will:

• Provide hands-on pediatric physical therapy in home and community settings

• Assess and provide intervention to infants and toddlers with gross motor delays and developmental challenges

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Contribute physical therapy input to each child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)

• Deliver evidence-based pediatric physical therapy interventions

• Educate caregivers on therapeutic exercises, positioning, and mobility strategies

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

• Monitor progress and adjust physical therapy goals as appropriate

• Complete compliant physical therapy documentation per Pennsylvania guidelines

• Support children in achieving developmental milestones through skilled pediatric physical therapy

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) in Pennsylvania

• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred

• Experience providing physical therapy to young children with disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in community-based settings

• Commitment to evidence-based physical therapy practice

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Passion for pediatric physical therapy and early intervention
