Breeder/Broiler Worker Labor - Camilla GA

Pay - $17.95

Plant: Breeder Farm Days

Responsible for all general labor duties supporting the breeder farm management team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picking up and grading eggs
• Collect eggs and update reports as necessary
• Placing eggs in trays
• Walk and inspect the houses and do minor mechanical work as needed
• Monitor and adjust illumination, temperature, and ventilation systems per instruction
• Additional duties as assigned

• Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. Must regularly stoop/bend down to collect eggs repeatedly. Must regularly lift and/or move, up to 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk majority of shift; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects and controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; climbing/ladder usage; etc.
• Environment: Required to work on wet, slippery surfaces and also work in hot, dry, dusty, wet, icy, snowy and cold environments.
• Personal Protective Equipment Required.
• Safety: Team member is expected to follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.

The hours of this position are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Position will work 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotating schedule.
