Senior Manager, Talent Development

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Manager to design and deliver talent development programs for General Manager pipeline candidates. The role manages end-to-end program execution, stakeholder engagement, and learning effectiveness measurement across global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, implementation, and delivery of Aspiring General Manager Program and transition enablement experiences
• Collaborate with instructional design partners to create engaging, blended learning experiences aligned with business priorities
• Design and implement manager enablement strategies to support participant development and on-the-job application
• Facilitate learning experiences for global manager and senior leader audiences in virtual and in-person settings
• Develop evaluation frameworks and use feedback to assess impact and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years in Learning & Development with Talent Management or HR experience
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs from planning through measurement
• Experience designing blended learning for global audiences across digital and in-person formats
• Proficiency with NovoEd or comparable digital learning platforms
• Experience facilitating learning for managers and senior leaders globally
• Ability to consult with and influence senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
