This is a PRN (as needed) swing position 12pm-8pm and 6:00 am-2pm every other weekend availability is a must.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to individual with special dietary needs.
- Plan and prepare menus that meet dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines
- Cook and assemble meals according to standardized recipes and food safety procedures
- Ensure food is properly stored,handle, and served
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Knowledgeable in Food Service Sanitation, required
- Food and Sanitation License required
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to adjust and communicate effectively with others
- Ability to follow the reasonable instructions of superior
- Solid work history
