Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We seek a Clinical Director and BCBA to lead our Marietta center-based ABA services. The role involves overseeing treatment plans, managing a team of BCBAs, and ensuring the highest quality of client care. You will mentor staff, collaborate with families, and implement innovative ABA methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the center and manage a team of BCBAs.
- Oversee the implementation of treatment plans.
- Mentor and coach BCBAs and collaborate with families.
- Ensure long-term client progress and team development.
- Promote the use of innovative ABA techniques, including RFT.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Strong leadership and clinical skills.
- Proven experience in team management and client care.
- 29 paid days off annually (including 14 holidays).
