A full-time Staff Pharmacist position is available in Somers Point, NJ, offering an engaging role within a dynamic retail pharmacy setting. This contract opportunity features a rotating schedule designed to balance workflow needs and patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: Rotating on/off
• Friday: Rotating opening or closing shift
• Saturday: Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety.
• Provide thorough patient counseling and medication education.
• Administer immunizations to support community health.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and guide technician activities.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy policies and New Jersey regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer credential required.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Flexibility and reliability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
