Location: Worcester, MA Facility: UMass Memorial Medical Center Department: Hospital Medicine Schedule: Full-Time (3 x 12‑hour shifts/week; rotating days/nights) Join one of the region’s most dynamic Hospital Medicine teams in a high‑acuity academic medical center offering broad subspecialty exposure and flexible scheduling. This Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work (3) 12 hour shifts per week and will be cross trained to rotate through day and night roles with varying responsibilities including but not limited to admitting, rounding, floor cross coverage, rapid response team member. Works closely with other Hospital Medicine APPs and Hospital Medicine Attendings during 24/7/365 coverage. Services we cover overnight include BMT, Neurosurgery, Urology as well as post procedural coverage for GI, Body IR, Vascular IR, ENT, Ophthalmology. Key Highlights Collaborative, team‑based model with Hospital Medicine Attendings and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). 24/7/365 support with strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working (3) 12‑hour shifts per week, with approximately 60% of shifts overnight.
