Blending Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make the world‑class products behind our brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. SHIFT/SCHEDULE This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (12‑hour shift). ONBOARDING SCHEDULE To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and monitor production equipment Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Accurately measure and scale ingredients Complete quality checks and record data Keep your work area clean Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED preferred 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift Basic proficiency in English to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures SKILLS Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred) Comfortable using computers or tablets Able to read, write, and understand English Basic math and mechanical understanding Strong attention to detail Team‑oriented and dependable Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens PAY & BENEFITS The approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.00, including a $3.00 per hour shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
