Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Role Overview Responsible for completing end-of-day activities, processing various payment types, and managing guest check-ins and room assignments. Operate communication systems, handle wake-up calls, and maintain accurate records of guests and transactions. Ensure guest satisfaction by welcoming guests, addressing needs, and maintaining professional appearance and conduct. Perform administrative tasks such as balancing receipts, securing bank deposits, and preparing reports. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, follow safety protocols, and support team objectives. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or G.E.D.; less than 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required. Ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed. Excellent communication, professionalism, and team collaboration skills.
