Our Associates are encouraged to reach their fullest potential by delivering a differentiated experience to our guests and an exceptional bottom-line.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis (e.g., "room care")Complete work orders from guests and hotel associates and record in logAssist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, lighting systems, and make minor repairs and/or replacementMake routine repairs on all hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, boilers, pool equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools and general plumbing systems such as pipe lines, toilets and sinksService the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filtersRefurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures if neededRespond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfactionPerform any other job related duties as assignedJob RequirementsPrior maintenance experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to work a varying schedule to include mornings, evenings, weekend and holidaysThe difference between being a good business and an amazing business can be found in the company's footprints made by giving back and serving others.
