Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Liberty, MO

You’ll work onsite, collaborating closely with a supportive team including a dedicated SLP-A who will assist with service delivery at a vibrant school near Liberty, MO. Your skill and leadership as a Speech-Language Pathologist will help shape positive student outcomes across the school year. Key Qualifications Active SLP license for Missouri Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Prior experience with school-based speech-language caseloads, especially elementary-aged students Strong case management abilities and comfort supervising/mentoring SLP-Assistants Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Primary Responsibilities Manage a balanced caseload of 21 students, with a total of 76 service-provider students including those managed by you Coordinate and deliver speech-language services per student IEPs Oversee and collaborate with the onsite SLP-A, supported by another SLP supervising the SLP-A Complete required documentation and progress reports accurately and promptly Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support students success Actively contribute ideas and feedback as part of a dynamic school-based therapy team This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week position running from August 25, 2026 to May 27, 2027.
