Occupational Therapist Assistant

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Encompass Health, you’ll support licensed OTs in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care across our inpatient rehabilitation settings. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, monitor progress, and document outcomes to help patients regain function and independence. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you’ll coordinate with nurses and therapists, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.
