We’re hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) at our rental facility in Lakeland, FL and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, provide maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts and help us build the future of construction. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (As a Shop Technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts Year-round company provided OEM training We’re a people-first company powered by cutting-edge technology.
