As Account Representative for J Cook Insurance Agency Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience with a proven record in sales preferred.
- Experience with customer service preferred.
- Illinois Insurance License Required in Property and Casualty & Life, Accident and Health. License will need to be obtained before the candidate will be able to start their employment.
