Warehouse Associate-Builder/Assembler

We’re Hiring: BUILDER (Warehouse Associates with Mechanical Skills)

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Hickory, NC
Pay Rate: $16 1st shift 

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble with basic tools

• Inspect, repair, or refurbish goods or warehouse tools

• Operate power tools, hand tools, and basic machinery (safely and confidently)

• Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to meet daily build targets

What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude — you can follow a diagram, handle a wrench, and fix what’s broken

• Previous hands-on experience (warehouse, workshop) 
• Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and quality

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment. Willing to accept feedback.
