- Oversee inspection of local agency construction projects (roadway/bridge improvements using local, state, and federal funding)
- Prepare all construction documentation (per INDOT policies and procedures)
- Measure/calculate pay item quantities
- Prepare contractor pay applications
- Oversee preparation of construction record drawings
- Communicate daily/weekly with clients
- Prepare for and facilitate pre construction meetings
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of construction experience
- PE License
- Certified in INDOT's Documentation of Contract Quantities
- MicroStation experience preferred
