Since opening my State Farm agency in 2009, my goal has been simple: create a team environment where people feel supported, valued, and excited to grow their careers. I began my journey with State Farm in 2006 after graduating from Santa Clara University, and the experience I gained early on shaped the collaborative and people-focused culture weve built today. Our office is made up of motivated, licensed professionals who genuinely enjoy helping others and working together as a team. We believe in open communication, continuous learning, and celebrating success together. Most of our team is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing us to better serve and connect with our diverse community. Michael Tirabassi - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist with office opening/closing, including making coffee and light cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
