Lien Specialist

Sweet James is a growing, fast-paced Orange County business looking for an outgoing, friendly hard-working Lien Specialist. Primary Duties will include: Communicating with medical providers, health insurance companies, attorneys, and all other outstanding lien holders via phone, fax, and email Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients Communicate and update clients with case status Organize, collect and document sensitive personal information Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism General administrative duties as required Experience: Ideal candidates will have 1-3-year experience working in medical billing and/or collections This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media, internet research and/or writing desired.
