The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pediatrician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA !

Position Highlights:

Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM
Full-Time Role : 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
Full supportive provider team includes: 1 Pediatrician, 1 Pediatric NP, & 1 Pediatric PA + Clinical Support Staff
Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary: starting around $246,000 and up based upon experience + quality & productivity incentives. Opportunity for sign on bonus with service commitment.

Requirements

What you'll need

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa

$246,000 + depending upon experience
